Thank you, Friends & Neighbors, for making our Pantry-Warming Campaign a success!

New Home, New Era!

NW Community Food has relocated to 4340 Connecticut Avenue NW, and we are happy to report that our Pantry-Warming Campaign has raised nearly $48,000, almost double our goal of $25,000! With this outpouring of support, we’ve been able to optimize our new space as we continue our mission of providing a wide variety of free, healthy food and supplies to a growing number of neighbors in need—more than 325 households a week.

A special shout-out to UDC President Maurice Edington and his team for their unwavering commitment, which has bolstered our mission and improved the lives of thousands of neighbors. We also appreciate Ward 3 Councilmember Matt Frumin, ANC 3F Commissioners, and the many boosters for their continuing support.

Even though we achieved our campaign goal, the need is ongoing. Food insecurity persists in Washington, DC, and the number of vulnerable families we serve continues to increase. If you have not yet contributed to our pantry-warming campaign, please consider a gift of any size toward NWCF’s operations—or a monthly recurring gift, which offers significant impact. Every dollar counts and helps to strengthen our community. Thank you!
